Aweful time with these guys. I had an appointment made for 1 pm and they took us in but couldnt find us on the appointment schedule and such. Even tho we called the 1800 number to get it booked. But anyways they took it in, we left for about 3 hours, came back from the mall they said its late, so basically had to wait another hour in the waiting room for it to be done, we were angry. We travelled 45 minutes to get there and another 45 back home, we then actually left angry. We then noticed about 3 days later we saw the stuff like it was supposed to keep it in like liner was popping out and stuff the glue didnt set or anything it was aweful, they left a hell of a mess on our dashboard. DISSATISFIED!

well what happened is that we got our windshield replaced and the liner that protects the glass from hitting the metal and stuff is like totally popped out. It was hanging out I had to take it back but I should have gotten a refund. aweful job and I had to wait

I never ever met such idiots in my life, I had more than enough money to do monthly payments, and so I used my best friend who loved me a lot and he used his SIN Number and all of his info, he is a kitchen manager who has a pretty good pay cheque but all the sudden he got declined. I was pretty pissed off. There was a cobalt LT I really liked the yellow one it had clutch problems I told them that, and then I tried out a really nice SS model. And I wanted to buy that one. They said declined. SO SCREW THEM. I tried another and I could get financing no problem, their cars are shit, they are useless when it comes to customer satisfaction, my bf's minivan is like rust bucket on wheels, all the sudden it freggin went downhill after a year of having it! I will never shop here Again!!!!
